Labor Charges
Regular Hours (8:00PM - 4:30PM)
Labor per Hour is $141
Min Charge 1 hour + Travel
Refrigeration and Welding Rate is $181/hr
After Hours (4:30PM - 9:30PM)
$211.50
Min Charge 1 hour plus Overtime Travel
Emergency Services (9:30Pm +)
$282
Min Charge 1 hour plus Emergency Travel
Travel Charges
Travel charges are determined from Home Base location in Preston, MD. Typically only one travel charge will be made per service call. Addons which result in parts orders or Customer supplied parts will incur additional charges.
There are 3 Zones:
Zone 1: $90 0-30 minutes
Zone 2: $120 30-60 minutes
Zone 3: $150 60+ minutes +$35 for each 1/4 Hour

1.5x Zone Rate

Pricing:
We bill for labor, travel time, and any necessary parts. Most standard supplies are included in the per hour cost, specialty equipment or tools are not, i.e. welding equipment, specialty electronic items, combustion analysis, etc.
Quotes:
We provide a verbal quote and, upon request, a written estimate before commencing any work. This quote includes an assessment of your appliance's condition and potential repair or replacement options.
Payment:
Payment is due upon completion of the work or upon termination of further service. Some parts will require a partial payment before they are ordered.
